	1）Q: Sometimes some functions are not available, why?
		A: Yes, some functions are used for one channel view only, you can not use it when it is Quad Mode. And some functions will be diabled when you are using certain functions like "web server","detection" etc.
	2） Q: Why does it not record after pressing "Detecting"?
		A: Please check if your recording mode is "Motion Detection" , if so it only records when the camera detects movements.
	3） Q: Why it says "Can not connect to following channels" ?
		A: Please check the connection status of the cameras.
	4） Q: Why it says "Can not import the following channels"?
		A: You may have several computers and your IP address is conflicting. Please try to change your IP address manually.
	5) Q: Why it says "No Buffer Space Error"?
		A: The space of your computer hard drive is not enough. Please try to change your Storage Location in "Setup" menu.
