SM-SB0055 is a wireless baby video monitor (also known as a hand held baby video monitor) so the visual and audial information is wirelessly transmitted to a palm sized mobile receiver.

The camera has infrared abilities: A built in 9 LED for a 15 feet/ 5 meters range night vision.

SM-SB0055 video baby monitors have three channels to avoid possible interference.
